On April 23, 2025, a meeting was held in the office of the President of Brazil between the Executive Directors of the Forum, Oziel Alves and Boris Tarasov, with Mr. Gustavo Westmann, Head of the Special Advisory Department of the General Secretariat of the President of the Republic and Coordinator of the BRICS segment. The agenda and topics of the Forum were successfully discussed, and the goals and objectives for the preparation of the event were outlined.
