From September 15 to 17, 2025, the II BRICS "Traditional Values" Forum will take place in the capital of Brazil, Brasília. This high-level event is designed to promote dialogue among BRICS nations on preserving cultural, ethical, and moral principles in governance and global affairs.
The Forum will be held at the National Congress of Brazil and will bring together parliamentarians, business leaders, as well as cultural and public figures from Brazil, Russia, and other BRICS countries, alongside participants from partner and candidate nations.
The central theme of this year’s Forum is "Uniting traditions, strengthening nations". Building on the dialogue launched at the inaugural "Traditional Values" Forum in Moscow in November 2024, this event will advance discussions on common values and cultural traditions among BRICS countries. The success of the previous forum highlighted the key role cultural exchange plays in fostering mutual understanding, addressing global challenges, and developing friendly relations.
The program will feature sessions on cultural cooperation, moral values, humanitarian collaboration, and creative entrepreneurship, all aimed at deepening connections and promoting mutual understanding among BRICS citizens.
